The room was spacious and clean. We loved the convenience of the shuttle buses that took us to the parks in no time. Relaxing by the heated pool and enjoying the sun loungers made our stay even better! Just a heads up, it would be nice if the cleaning crew vacuumed more often, but overall, we had a fantastic time. 🌞

Totally recommend for a fleeting trip
clean room, friendly staff, convenient location, the resort was clean and the complimentary shuttle service with early park admission made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
I didn't completely enjoy the confusion of figuring out which area was the Volcano Bay pickup shuttle area.

The surf-themed decor was a fun touch that set the mood for our stay. Our Standard 2 Queen Room was clean and exactly like the pictures. The early park admission benefit was a huge plus, allowing us to beat some crowds at Universal. We loved the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site. perfect for those early mornings! The pool area was nicely maintained and not overcrowded, which made for a relaxing time. However, the air conditioning in our room was set to a chilly 19ºC, and while they tried to fix it, it still felt too cold for us. I also found the bed mattress too soft, not ideal for those who prefer firmer support. Dining options were limited, mostly fast food choices, which became a bit tiresome during our week-long stay. More healthy options would have been appreciated.

Our pool view room was a dream, making it feel like we were chilling by the beach! Loved the spacious bathroom. The shuttles to the park were super convenient and barely made us wait. Pro tip, Check out the Sand Bar for awesome breakfast options.
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.

great location but room needs improvement
The convenience of early park admission made our mornings stress-free. The pool area offered a nice retreat for my family after long days at the parks.
The room left a bit to be desired.

The two-bedroom suite offered a spacious layout, making it comfortable for families, with a kitchenette that included a fridge and microwave. The vibrant beach-themed decor added a cheerful ambiance, making us feel relaxed, while the accessibility of shuttle services to the parks was a major plus.
While the room price seemed reasonable, I was less thrilled about the $15 daily parking fee that added up quickly. The beds could use more cushioning for a comfier sleep, and I encountered some hiccups with the shower's hot water, which didn’t always fire up on command. Plus, the on-site dining left a lot to be desired—high prices for mediocre food made it hard to justify meals there.
